Breakfast is a point to improve. The coffee was terrible, only two options of fresh fruits, I would say the only redeeming feature of the breakfast is the option for each guest to prepare their own orange juice Being 50 meters from the metro station makes getting around the city much easier. There is a well-stocked supermarket one block away that opens until 11pm every day and where you can buy everything you need.

Great room, very comfortable and clean. Excellent shower. Room service whenever needed, providing fresh towels too. A safe was included in the room. Very kind reception staff, some spoke English which is really appreciated. Quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We felt safe walking around the area, even at night

A great place, with great location. Breakfast was rich and good, also for vegan like me. Room was clean and very quiet (10 floor, facing back). Checkout was free until 13:00 and also luggage keeping for 3 hours after.

I would like to point out that I was in a disabled room. The location is perfect for the beach, nearby shops, restaurants, entertainment. The bathroom was big enough but the shower chair was not comfortable

The hotel was clean, safe and in an amazing location. Great for new year’s celebrations! Staff were really friendly and helpful.

A very well located hotel in the heart of Rio de Janeiro and so close to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The staff were all great, especially Tadeu - we had stayed here a couple of weeks before and amazingly he remembered us and welcomed us very warmly. First class service!

I love this hotel!!! I’ve returned several times. Mostly I appreciate the kind, thoughtful employees at the front desk; always willing to help. The location is also perfect as it is close to the beach. I even went swimming one afternoon and the ocean was calm. I hope to return.

The location was very convenient and there are a lot of facilities near. I feel safety and enjoy my day in the hotel to meet a lot of places in Rio.
