I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ibis Hotel in Copacabana, and I must say that Karlos truly made my experience unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, his professionalism and attentiveness were evident. He went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect. Karlos was always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for the guests set a wonderful tone for my stay. Whether it was assisting with check-in, offering insights about the local area, or simply making sure I had everything I needed, Karlos exemplified outstanding service. I highly recommend Karlos and commend the Ibis Hotel for having such a dedicated and professional team member. His contributions truly enhance the guest experience, and I look forward to returning to this fantastic hotel in the future!

Breakfast is a point to improve. The coffee was terrible, only two options of fresh fruits, I would say the only redeeming feature of the breakfast is the option for each guest to prepare their own orange juice Being 50 meters from the metro station makes getting around the city much easier. There is a well-stocked supermarket one block away that opens until 11pm every day and where you can buy everything you need.

Very kind reception staff, some spoke English which is really appreciated. Quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We felt safe walking around the area, even at night
